Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the development and implementation of System Design Solutions using Synopsys EDA tools and IP to solve customer problems as part of a service project team. Demonstrates expertise in at least one service line area (which include RTL Design & Verification, Physical Design, Design for Test and So C Design from spec to post-silicon bring-up). Contributes to both turnkey projects and as a credible advisor to customer design and CAD teams. Develops innovative solutions to problems with little guidance and implements them alone. Sets task-level goals and consistently meets schedules. Works with other Synopsys teams including BU AEs and Sales to develop, broaden and deploy Tool and IP solutions.

Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
- Solid knowledge on STA and Formal Verification including UPF
- Solid knowledge on industry DFT scheme
- Proven examination and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates excellent communication, verbal and written, and awareness of project management issues.
- Keeps composure during crises and can comfortably handle risks and uncertainty.
- Resolves issues in inventive ways.
- Executes projects from start to completion.
- Resolves and develops recommendations to solutions.
- Works on team-oriented or task-oriented projects.
- May guide more junior peers with aspects of their job.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
- Is able to work on-site at customer premises, travel up to 30%, and put in long hours when required to meet customer deadline on specialized technical or business issues.
