And that’s why we are looking for a Accounts Receivable & Credit Collections! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through ensuring the whole AR process is being completed in a duly manner. From SOs creations to final collection. You will be involved and work with different areas that will give you visibility of the whole business process to understand and perform your job in an efficient and exciting way.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Process customer invoices and credit notes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Bank and Collections allocations.
• Ensure the billing process is accurate in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Resolve customer queries and discrepancies.
• Periodically reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist Manager with monthly & Annual closings along with audit processes.
• Collections control and overdues reporting.
• Support the team with Accounting and TAX tasks (Intrastat, SII…).
• Work closely with Customer Service and Sales Team to avoid and solve customer charges and deductions.

• Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.
  
• Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or a high-growth startup.
  
• Solid and strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  
• Studies in Administration, Finance, ADE or any other relevant qualification.
  
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in account receivables tasks.
  
• SAP & Microsoft Office experienced user.
  
• An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
  
• Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish. On aimerait bien si vouz parlez français :)
  
• Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
