The Role
As a Senior Asset Manager, the person will be a key leader within the Asset Management function, responsible for strategically driving collaboration with the Growth team during acquisition opportunities and managing the development/construction phases for photovoltaic assets. He/she have a pivotal role in ensuring that Sonnedix standards are maintained while managing project risks and optimizing competitiveness.
He/She takes full ownership of the coordination between the Operations Team and various company functions, overseeing the assessment and mitigation of technical and regulatory risks during the acquisition phase. The leadership will be essential in managing external stakeholders such as Technical Advisors, ensuring the preparation and review of detailed reports for presentation to Internal Committees and Lenders.

Desirable skills:
- Deep expertise in Solar PV technologies, with a proven track record of operational and management success.
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure and prioritize complex tasks. Excellent organization and time-management skills to meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in risk management, with a proactive approach to mitigating project issues.
- High proficiency in reading and understanding financial models and developing operating budgets that balance cost efficiency with performance optimization.
- Confident and adept at managing external relationships, while maintaining clear and effective communication with key stakeholders at all levels.
