Job Description
Provide general information to guests and visitors, efficiently and courteously organize any kind of special request. The concierge ensures that whatever the guest's request is fulfilled regardless of short periods of time, distance or language. It is responsible for following up on all requests from a guest during their stay.
- Written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Excel, Word and Opera skills.
- Knowledge in ultra-luxury hotel industry.
