Sir Victor Hotel is set just off of Passeig de Gràcia—Barcelona’s grand, humming shopping boulevard—and a few doors down from Gaudí’s masterpiece Casa Milà. Sir Victor reflects and amplifies the vibrant, creative spirit of the city.
We are looking for someone to join our F&B team, especially to support the Breakfast department.
Responsibilities
As a waiter / waitress, you elevate the culinary experience of the guests during their visit at Sir Victor Hotel. Your main responsibility is to be helping them to keep track of work standards, productivity, practices and guest satisfaction. You will make sure that guests feel at home, guide them through their visit and provide them with the best service possible.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personality, energetic and professional waiter or bartender with relevant experience. You are are hands-on, amazing with the team, love the personal approach of an informal restaurant environment, can quickly establish credibility and respect and perform well at building strong working relationships. You should be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with your colleagues. Keep in mind that waiter/waitress duties may require working during weekend and/or holidays.

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage
- Team spirit
- Flexible and hardworking
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Active listening and effective communication skills (fluent in English and Spanish)
