- Developing this business finding new opportunities in new customers and integrators. S/he must build loyal relationships and selling our products through integrators and system builders.
- Creating the awareness in the end our products about the value of our products.
- Boosting the opportunities for other BUs, in the same market (Cross selling).
- Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plan according to the business unit strategy.
- Identify the key factors to open doors in new customers.
- Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities to ensure the pipeline.
- Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions to customers, with multichannel perspective, focusing on partners and customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
- A dynamic, structured, and proactive person, who really like to generate outstanding customer experiences, through a value selling based on customer needs.
- A person with genuine curiosity for business development and looking new opportunities in the market, based on deep market and data analysis.
- A challenging person, with digital mindset, with a good customer needs understanding, focused not only in selling product but also to create value in the customer process.
- A person with good communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and team player.
- Industrial Engineering degree (preferred) or similar
- We value experience on Food or Pharma market.
- Strong and solid commercial orientation (commercial skills) with, preferably, at least 5 years’ experience in technical sales.
- We value fluid handling/heat exchanger technology knowledge.
- Spanish, and English speaker
- Resident in Madrid area.
- The position is in our offices in Alcobendas.
- High availability to travel in Spain
