Clinical Support (Ventilator)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Support: Provide technical and clinical support to respiratory physicians and healthcare professionals, ensuring the correct use of medical devices and resolving any technical issues.
2.Physician Presentations and Education: Conduct presentations and training sessions for respiratory physicians, providing guidance on the use of products, clinical applications, and new technologies.
3. Distributor Training: Train distributors on product features and clinical applications, ensuring they are well-prepared to promote and support the company’s products.
4.Troubleshooting and Support: Provide prompt support via phone, email, or on-site visits to address any device-related issues, escalating complex cases to the technical team when necessary.
5. Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s products, respiratory clinical applications, and industry trends to provide high-level clinical and technical support to clients.
6.Customer Feedback and Collaboration: Collect feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, R&D, and marketing to help improve products and meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
1. Proven background in respiratory care (e.g., respiratory therapist, nurse, or related medical field).
2.Languages: Proficiency in Spanish, and English for effective communication.
3. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical support, customer service, or a related role within the medical device industry, particularly in respiratory care.
4.Strong communication and presentation skills for educating physicians and distributors.
5.Abili y to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
6.In-depth knowledge of respiratory medical devices and clinical applications.
7. Experience in training distributors or educating customers is a plus.
8.Willingness to travel frequently as required by the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
