DHL Supply Chain is seeking a dynamic and innovative Cloud Solutions Manager to join our exceptional team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge cloud strategies that align with our business objectives. With your expertise, you will manage the lifecycle of cloud products and services, provide expert consulting services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions. Your key accountabilities include:
- Cost Management: Review cloud costs, identify trends, support annual planning, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Integration and Collaboration: Develop integration roadmap, monitor metrics, address issues, and collaborate with the product team.
- Security and Compliance: Conduct security audits, resolve issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Disaster Recovery and Testing: Support disaster recovery testing, maintain test cases, and review automated test outputs.
- Cloud Solution Design and Deployment: Design and deploy cloud solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Cloud Strategy and Lifecycle Management: Develop cloud strategies, manage product lifecycle, and analyze market trends.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management.
- Expert working knowledge and experience of ITIL processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly customer-oriented with a commercial awareness.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Proven experience working within an IT role
- Knowledge of MS Azure, Google Cloud, AWS (desirable)
