The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for defining and maintaining project management standards and practices within the company. It provides project oversight, resources, and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. The PMO also facilitates communication and collaboration across different projects and departments.

• Lead and execute all international testing and commissioning activities for Ideematec equipment, ensuring successful handover to the customer.
• Ensure strict compliance with project requirements during all commissioning activities.
• Coordinate activities with all involved parties, including the commissioning team, erection team, subcontractors, customers, authorities, engineering, and project management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Commissioning Manuals and procedures.
• Provide technical and field support to customer teams regarding delivered equipment.
• Manage and own all commissioning documentation and data.
• Support the Technical Department in enhancing and continuously improving equipment.

• Relevant certification in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Commissioning, ideally within the renewable energy sector or related industries.
• Basic knowledge of Photovoltaic design.
• Proficiency in DC/AC motors and control systems for Photovoltaic tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by projects.
• Residence within the European Economic Area is mandatory.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Spanish is an advantage.
