Job Opening: Content Moderator - Dutch Market

Project:
Content moderation for social media platforms, ensuring a safe experience for users and communities.
Language Requirements:

• Dutch (C1)
• English (B2)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (5 days per week, 2 days off on a rotational basis)
• o Morning shift: 8:00 - 16:00o Afternoon shift: 16:00 - 00:00

Training:

Profile Requirements:

• EU citizenship or Spanish residence permit
• Dutch C2 and a good command of English (B2)
• High school diploma
• Availability to work both in-office and from home (within a 100 km radius of the office)
• Affinity with social media platforms
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar environments is a plus

Tasks:

• Filtering and screening content on the platform for abuse, violence, or inappropriate material
• Ensuring a safe and positive experience for platform users
• Note: Content moderation may involve exposure to sensitive and strong content

Contract Type:

• Fixed-term: 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance
• After 4 to 6 months, a permanent contract may be offered
• 1-month probation period included in the first contract
