Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and autonomous candidate to join the Services of Engagement (SEN) team, supporting our growing network of over 125,000 rated companies in maximizing the value of their Eco Vadis subscription. The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and will be able to develop skills in different areas during the course of their internship with us.

Benefits
Last but not least, Eco Vadis will support you with all the necessary office equipment, holidays in line with Spanish labor law, optional (fully covered or co-financed) health care and life insurance.
You will be also entitled to a 150 euros monthly allowance for transportation, meals and nursery with the Cobee card. We also participate up to half of the private health insurance contract and provide you with a special envelope for office and IT equipment (as per the flexibility policy).
Last, you will also be entitled to a Wellness Allowance that will support you in sport, artistic and wellness activities !

Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and autonomous candidate to join the Services of Engagement (SEN) team, supporting our growing network of over 125,000 rated companies in maximizing the value of their Eco Vadis subscription. Responsibilities:
- Support the different parts of the team in their daily tasks including administrative activities related to accounts management, such as launching assessments, preparing reports, identifying upsell opportunities, creating user accounts
- Creation and translation content to support the team with their clients and communication
- Help and support developing new processes and webinars
- Analysis of product issues to support our Solutions team in understanding how to implement improvements
- Maintenance of knowledge management content and systems
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer care or another customer facing role required
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) - other language is a strong plus
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
