Customer Service Representative

The team that started i Vascular has more than 30 years of experience in the field of vascular devices, being responsible for obtaining one of the first CE marks for a drug-eluting stent more than 20 years ago.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Service team.
MISSION:
The mission of the Customer Service Repesentative is to offer a fast, efficient and flexible customer service within the sales process, in order to achieve the highest possible degree of satisfaction in external customers (direct and indirect sales) and to provide the tools that allow a better coordination of the processes with our internal customers (departments) with the same goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer entries in ERP.
- Introduction of direct, indirect and OEM sales orders in ERP.
- Tracking of order changes.
- Issuing and sending of quotations and invoices.
- Daily update of BO (back order).
- Communication of delivery dates/product availabilities to the customer.
- Communication of completion of shipping process to customer (close order).
- Allocation of stocks in customer orders.
- Coordination and management of shipment preparation (with shipment department and planning).
- INC management.
- Coordination, management and control of letters of credit.
- General administrative tasks (order history file, signed prices, updates ordering template with new releases, maintenance and organization categorized in market folder, creation of training manuals).
- Request to the Quality Manager the issuance of statements and resolution of issues related to pharmacy inspections and Health Authorities of the country of origin/destination.
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business or similar field.
- Advanced level of Spanish and English, other languages such as Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Arabic will be an added value.
- Demonstrable previous experience in the same or similar position.
- Great communication skills.
- Proactivity and initiative to implement new processes in the department.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
