We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Spanish team.
The ideal candidate will have strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment and will be fluent English. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Details:

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming B2C user requests via telephone/email.
- Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers.
- Solve requests/incidents requiring a higher level of technical knowledge, particularly with car electrical chargers.
- Support technical inquiries and manage incidents related to the clients product.
- Progress/close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on the call management system.
- Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.
- Monitor/progress all open queries in queue.
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level.
- Maintain contractual SLA.
- Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager.
- Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.
**Requirements**:
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment.
- Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
- Capable of taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating when needed.
- Ability to implement and manage changes in processes.
- Good communication and team skills, flexibility.
