As a Data Analyst for the Health & Benefits (H&B) Europe Operations team, you will be a pivotal player in supporting our core platform, Benefits Engine, and ensuring the integrity and utility of our data. Your expertise in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform will enable you to produce critical ad-hoc reports, maintain and enhance reporting dashboards, and participate in our Global Data Clean-Up Programme as the Business Lead. You will also champion our Data Community across Europe, fostering best practice sharing and skill leveraging to enhance our country teams' capabilities.
The role will report into the H&B Europe Operations Leader, who will also serve as the Compensation Manager.
The Role
As a Data Analyst you will have responsability on below funtions:
Production of Ad-Hoc Reports: Utilise your expert knowledge in Excel, Power BI, and SQL to generate essential reports, providing insights and supporting decision-making processes.
Creation of Reporting Dashboards: Employ your proficiency in Power BI to maintain, improve, and develop new reporting dashboards that visualise data effectively for stakeholders.
Data Clean Up Programme Business Lead: Oversee the data cleaning processes as an expert in Benefits Engine and its data architecture. Ensure data accuracy and quality while being accountable for the completion of data cleaning tasks by collaborating with colleagues in-country or within the GSD teams.
Run the Data Community for Europe: Lead the regional data expertise community, currently including Spain, GB, and Netherlands, and expand it to encompass all countries. Facilitate the exchange of best practices and enhance the skills across the region.
Power Platform Experience: Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Power Platform, including the ability to create and manage workflows, apps, and automations that streamline operations and drive efficiencies.
Platform Connectivity Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the connectivity between Benefits Engine and local servicing platforms in Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and Poland, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
Benefits Insights: Be a part of the development of the Market Facing Technology (MFT) strategy for Benefits Insights for local clients within Europe. Ensure timely implementation of future clients, suggest enhancements for the tool and oversee issue fixes as and when they occur.
Additional Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Mapping: Apply your data analysis and mapping skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within our data sets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data analysis tools and techniques, ensuring that our operations remain cutting-edge and efficient.
Data Factory and Azure AI Builder Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of Azure Data Factory to orchestrate and automate data movement and transformation. Leverage Azure AI Builder to infuse AI into applications, enhancing data analysis and insights.

The Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, Benefits Engine, and preferably Benefits Insights, Power Platform, Azure Data Factory, and Azure AI Builder.
- Experience in leading data-related communities and initiatives.
- Familiarity with data cleaning processes and data quality management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to speak other European languages in addition to English an advantage, but not critical.
