SONOVA busca DELEGADO/A COMERCIAL
Esta posición realizará la gestión comercial de la marca PHONAK y reportará directamente a Director de Ventas de Sonova.
Residencia preferiblemente en Cataluña, siendo la zona de actuación Cataluña, Aragón, País Vasco, Cantabria, la Rioja, Navarra e Islas Baleares.
La misión del puesto será implantar la estrategia comercial de la marca y conseguir los objetivos de venta en el área de actuación.
Funciones principales:
- Gestión de la cartera de clientes asignada, captación de nuevas cuentas y acciones de fidelización.
- Coordinación y seguimiento de las diferentes necesidades del cliente y coordinación con las diferentes áreas implicadas ( atención al cliente, marketing, formación, administración, logística)
- Negociaciones de contratos y gestión de precios.
- Elaboración del presupuesto anual de su zona.
- Funciones administrativo comerciales.
- Elaboración de informes comerciales.
- Gestión de la plataforma de clientes (Sales Force) y optimización de la misma.
Perfil requerido:
- Grado Universitario / Técnico Superior en Audiología Protésica / Audiología.
- Experiencia comercial de al menos 5 años. Valorable experiencia en el sector audiología o como audioprotesista en centro auditivo.
- Valorable el conocimiento de la industria de audiología en España.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de negociación, dinamismo, capacidad de organización, planificación, flexibilidad, capacidad de autoaprendizaje.
- Usuario medio de paquete office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Se valorará dominio de catalán y nivel medio de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma frecuente.(50-60%)

Como delegado comercial el paquete retributivo está compuesto por salario fijo + salario variable + coche de empresa.
