The Omnichannel Marketing team is accountable for all the Global Core applications related to marketing efforts across all digital channels. This team leverages both dedicated expertise internally at Sanofi, and delivery and deployment partners. It enables products, enhances services and drives growth through digital across all Digital Omnichannel Marketing areas.

Main responsibilities:

As a Dev Ops Engineering Lead within the Omnichannel Marketing organization, you will have a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Sanofi’s global web platform. You’ll lead a team of engineers, focusing on optimizing their delivery flow and ensuring the team remains high-performing in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Oversee the technology stack and ensure it meets current standards, including quality, process ownership, and platform security.
  
• Manage and mentor a team of 3 software engineers in Barcelona, guiding them in their career development and growth, ensuring they have clear paths for progression and skill enhancement.
  
• Ensure delivery processes are optimized, dependencies with other teams and stakeholders are streamlined, and CI/CD pipelines executed on Git Hub Actions are continuously improved.
  
• Take charge of infrastructure cost optimization and platform reliability managing dozens of websites globally, with a focus on cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), our self-hosted Content Management System, and Saa S solutions, ensuring efficient, frequent, and secure deployments and releases.
  

Experience:

• Solid experience in digital and key role in Dev Ops or Infrastructure Engineering in the Cloud (preferably AWS)
  
• Proven experience leading and collaborating within a cross-functional team (software, product, designer, …)
  
• Strong technical expertise in CI/CD pipeline management, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform, …), and cloud-native operations.
  
• At ease with web ecosystems and the challenges of managing dozens of sites.
  
• A data-driven and problem-solving mindset to solve complex challenges
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
