Digital Marketing Specialist

In Spain, Amplifon has the main office in Barcelona and operates with dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Specialist to join our Digital team. Reporting directly to the Digital Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital strategy, managing campaigns, and optimizing digital assets. Your work will focus on increasing online presence, generating leads, and ensuring optimal performance across all digital platforms. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Innovation
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions, in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
- Lead the creation of digital content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience preferences.
Lead Generation & Media Buying
- Collaborate with the Digital Manager to define digital budgets, setting clear objectives for lead generation, appointments, sales, ROI, and CPA.
- Proactively manage relationships with media agencies, monitoring key KPIs like IM, CTR, CR, CPC, and CPL.
- Work closely with the call center team to optimize campaign performance and design dedicated scripts.
- Optimize digital assets through A/B testing and performance learnings.
- Manage third-party relationships for lead acquisition, ensuring smooth delivery and performance optimization.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Continuously track and analyze digital campaign performance against established KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to inform ongoing campaign optimizations.
- Work with global teams to share and integrate local data into broader digital strategies.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, with a focus on paid search (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Tik Tok Business Manager, Meta Business Manager).
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager and solid experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Understanding of change management principles.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
- At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations is a plus.
Education:
- A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A focus on digital marketing or similar specialization will be an advantage.
