This role involves full lifecycle management of critical projects, with a strong focus on aligning IT initiatives with overall business strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, executing project governance, and delivering results on time and within budget. As Project Lead, you will take full accountability for driving the success of enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs that directly impact the organization’s long-term strategic goals.

- Take full, end-to-end ownership of high-priority IT projects, overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial control and strict adherence to approved budget, in close collaboration with the Financial performance team.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in line with strategic objectives. Build and lead cross-functional project teams, made up of internal and external contributors, taking accountability of project outcomes. Establish project governance structures, including steering committees, working groups, and reporting mechanisms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, including business & digital executives and department heads, managing their expectations, delivering clear communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks / issues / dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement strategies to address project risks and blockers and escalate critical issues promptly to ensure timely resolution / minimize impact on project delivery.
- Ensure compliance to the company’s project management methodology, framework, and governance standards, including GXP (Good Pharmaceutical Practices). Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with the Change Management and Projects Portfolio Management teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, transparent communication on project progress, and minimal disruption to operations during implementation phases.
- Support handovers to operational teams and post-implementation reviews, Identification and implementation opportunities for process optimization and enhanced project delivery methodologies.

Education:
- Extensive experience in IT program & project management, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex, and cross-functional applicative and/or technology programs, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Health industries.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders at senior levels, including executive leadership and working in a Strategy & Transformation department or similar function within a large organization is a plus.
- Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid-Agile project management methodologies.

- Effective Communication and Leadership: Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, motivate and guide teams towards success, manage conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, maintains focus and a positive attitude during challenges, and drives work forward.
- Time Management and Business Acumen: Strong time management skills, goal-driven, deliverables-oriented, and understands how to manage business risks and opportunities effectively.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering. // PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
Languages:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role, as clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels is critical to the success of our projects. Spanish and French are a plus that could facilitate communications with digital experts located in Spain & France.
