At Escola Innova, we pride ourselves on being pioneers in the teaching world. We are currently looking to expand our extraordinary team with a talented, high-energy, and motivated English Language Assistant.
Position Overview:
- Role: English Language Assistant
- Setting: Secondary school in a high complexity center
- Hours: During school hours
- Type: Part-time (Job stability)
- Motivate and encourage students to learn English in a significant and natural way.
- Co-work with the classroom tutor by contributing to the programming of activities and their implementation.
- Support the tutor in promoting a positive and respectful climate in the center.
- Work Permit: Valid permit to work in Spain
- English Proficiency: Native English speaker with excellent command of the language
- Spanish Proficiency: Good knowledge of Spanish
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator
University degree in the teaching field or related studies in: Education
- Psychology
- Social Education
- Social Integration
- Pedagogy
- Proactive: Person with initiative and a proactive approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a high complexity center.
- Patience: Capable of handling various student needs with patience.
- Empathy: Understanding and addressing the diverse backgrounds of students.

- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Contract: Part-time (31 hours per week)
