ABOUT THE JOB
Event Manager

• Research and identify potential opportunities to purchase tickets for upcoming sports and music events across Europe and the United Kingdom.
• Completing daily tasks including event building, event checking, pre/post-event reporting, ticket requests and other customer service enquiries.
• Take a proactive role in the strategic acquisition of ticket inventory.
• Take ownership and accountability of individual events, managing the inventory of the event from the time of acquiring inventory all the way through until the completion of the event.
• Monitor and manage ticket inventory levels to prevent overstock or undersupply.
• Compiling monthly and quarterly sales reporting.
• Work in a collaborative team of Event Managers, collectively supporting each other in making informed decisions and contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Provide updates on the status, inventory position, and progress of your events through both in-person meetings and written communication.
• Collaborate across departments, including Customer Services, Fulfillment, and Sales teams, to ensure the effective management of the post-sale aspects of your events.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience working in operational ticketing.
• You will have some knowledge of major sporting events, concerts, and entertainment venues around Europe.
• You excel in comprehending and leveraging the core principles of supply and demand, employing this expertise to make well-informed decisions within a dynamic marketplace.
• You thrive working in a fast-paced industry and have the capacity to work under pressure.
• You are comfortable working with automation software and embrace the integration of technological advancements to enhance everyday processes.
• You display a genuine passion for major sporting events, live entertainment, and venues across Europe and the UK.
• Advanced C1 level of English is required
• Attention to detail and follow process as instructed
• Flexible working hours to meet conflicting deadlines
