Optibus
Field Maintenance Support Technician
FULL TIME

Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures in the field promptly to minimize downtime.
- Schedule maintenance activities in coordination with the operations team to avoid service interruptions.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, service requests, and repairs.
- Offer technical support and training to staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Serve in emergency on-call rotations for after-hours service needs.
- Travel to customers sites as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or degree in Electricity or a related field is preferred.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar field maintenance role, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced situations.
- English proficiency B2 level
- Valid B1 driving licence, and preferably car owner.
- The candidate should either reside in or be open to relocating to San Sebastian or its neighbouring area
- Availability to conduct planned activities after working hours.
