The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.

• Design and lead group fitness classes and personal training sessions tailored to various fitness levels and goals.

• Assess clients’ fitness levels and develop personalized workout plans to help them achieve their objectives.

• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to ensure safety and effectiveness.

• Motivate and encourage clients to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay committed to their fitness goals.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.

Our Ideal Fitness Instructor candidate will have:

• Certified Fitness Training : Holds recognized certifications in fitness training, personal training, or group exercise instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, or ISSA).

• Knowledge of Exercise Techniques : In-depth understanding of various fitness routines, exercises, and workout programs tailored to different fitness levels and goals.

• Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to clearly explain exercises, offer modifications, and motivate participants during individual and group sessions.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills : Friendly, approachable demeanor that builds trust with clients and creates a welcoming, motivating atmosphere.

• Passion for Fitness and Wellness : Enthusiasm for promoting a healthy lifestyle, staying up to date with fitness trends, and setting a positive example for clients.

• Motivational Skills : Inspires and encourages clients to push beyond their limits and stay committed to their fitness journey.

• Group Class Instruction Experience : Experience leading group fitness classes (e.g., yoga, Pilates, strength training, HIIT) with diverse groups of participants.

• Flexibility and Adaptability : Ability to customize fitness programs to accommodate individuals’ fitness levels, physical limitations, and health conditions.

• Professional Appearance and Behavior : Represents the facility professionally, maintains personal fitness, and adheres to a high standard of conduct.

• Organizational Skills : Capable of scheduling, planning sessions, and managing time efficiently to meet the needs of multiple clients.

• Team Collaboration : Works well with other wellness professionals, such as nutritionists and physiotherapists, to offer holistic wellness solutions to clients.

• Energetic and Positive Attitude : Maintains high energy and a positive outlook to keep clients motivated and engaged during workouts.
