Working in the Digital Hub, you will act as a catalyst of change leading key digital transformation projects across the company. As part of the hub, you will be involved in driving key strategic initiatives within e Commerce, product configuration, Analytics and Digital Sales.

Role Overview:
As a Frontend Developer in the Digital Hub, you will be a catalyst for change, leading key digital transformation projects across the company. You will drive strategic initiatives within e Commerce, product configuration, analytics, and digital sales innovation, helping to define the digital agenda across regions, categories, and brands.

The incoming Frontend Developer will have the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology stack, including React and AWS, in an informal, agile, and technology-focused work environment. You will have ownership over your work and be at the forefront of technical design and decision-making.

Role Description:

• Application Development: Build and maintain complex Single Page Applications for product selection and simulation, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface. Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  

• Architecture Adaptation: Work with other development teams to adapt the existing architecture to use Module Federation for micro-frontend implementations.
  

• Agile Participation: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to deliver high-quality features within an iterative development cycle.
  

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration are followed.
  

• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the front-end application for speed and scalability.
  

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team, helping to elevate the team's technical skills and knowledge.
  
  

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  

• Professional Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing front-end applications using React, Redux, Type Script, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools such as Webpack and NPM.
  

• Code and UX Quality: A commitment to writing high-quality code and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  

• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a distributed team.
  

• Work Ethic: An independent, structured approach to work, coupled with holistic thinking.
  

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish and German is a plus but not mandatory.
