En NORMAL ofrecemos a nuestros clientes un innovador concepto minorista: Vendemos productos completamente normales a precios bajos fijos. El surtido incluye marcas reconocidas dentro de categorías como el cuidado de la piel, del pelo, dental, champú, maquillaje y limpieza. Pero NORMAL es mucho más que precios bajos fijos y marcas reconocidas. Nuestro objetivo es que sea siempre una experiencia nueva y única visitar una de nuestras tiendas, por consiguiente, NORMAL, además del surtido normal de productos de marcas reconocidas, ofrece una constante reposición y circulación de productos en las estanterías y pódiums de presentación, por lo que siempre habrá productos nuevos que descubrir y explorar.
Como nuestro nuevo Gerente de Tienda en España, jugarás un papel clave al ofrecer a nuestros clientes una experiencia de compra única y desarrollarás tu tienda con un equipo de compañeros comprometidos y motivados.

At NORMAL, we offer our customers an innovative retail concept: We sell completely normal goods at fixed low prices. The assortment includes well-known brands within categories such as skin care, hair care, oral care, shampoo, makeup, and cleaning. But NORMAL is much more than fixed, low prices and well-known brands. Our goal is that it should always be a new and unique experience to visit one of our stores, and therefore NORMAL - in addition to the regular assortment of well-known branded products – offers a constant replacement and circulation of products on the shelves and podiums, so there will always be new products to discover and explore.
As our new Spanish Store Manager, you will play a key role in offering our customers a unique shopping experience and developing your store together with a committed and motivated team of colleagues.

Como nuestro nuevo Gerente de Tienda en España, jugarás un papel clave al ofrecer a nuestros clientes una experiencia de compra única y desarrollarás tu tienda con un equipo de compañeros comprometidos y motivados.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Desarrollar y fidelizar a los clientes.
- Gestionar la contratación, formación y desarrollo del equipo de ventas en un ambiente motivador, dinámico y amigable, aplicando la política comercial de la marca bajo tu responsabilidad en la tienda.
- Garantizar una excelente gestión de la tienda, centrándote en el rendimiento, es decir, ventas, gestiones, recepción de mercancías, reposiciones, etc.
- Crear un punto de venta dinámico, enfocado en optimizar el merchandising.
- Reportes regulares a tu Gerente Regional.
- Tener una sólida experiencia en el comercio minorista, en función de Gerente de Tienda o de Departamento.
- Tu perfil directivo te hace ser capaz de dirigir y motivar a tu equipo.
- Te apasiona la gestión de tiendas, tienes sentido común de comercialidad y de servicio al cliente.
- Deseas contribuir al desarrollo y la optimización del concepto comercial único de NORMAL.
- Sabes trabajar independiente y disfrutar del trabajo en equipo también, siempre con esmero y atención al detalle.
- Estarás presente y en primera línea todos los días y sabrás como poner las palabras en acción.

As our new Spanish Store Manager, you will play a key role in offering our customers a unique shopping experience and developing your store together with a committed and motivated team of colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and build customer loyalty.
- Manage the recruitment, training and development of the sales team in a motivating, dynamic and friendly environment, implementing the commercial policy of the brand for which you will be responsible within your store.
- Ensure excellent store management, focusing on performance, i.e. sales, management, receiving goods, replenishment etc.
- Create a dynamic point of sale, focusing on optimizing merchandising.
- Regular reports to your Regional Manager.
- You have a solid experience within retail, in the role of Store Manager or Department Manager.
- Your management profile makes you capable of leading and motivating your team.
- You are passionate about store management and have a flawless sense of commerciality as well as customer service.
- You are eager to contribute to the development and optimization of NORMAL’s unique business concept.
- You can work independently and also enjoy teamwork, always with diligence and a keen eye for detail.
- You will be present and in the front line in everyday life, and you know how to put words into action.
We will offer you pay based on your qualifications.
