Reports to position: Field Testing Manager Iberia
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Work Schedule: Based in Picanya (office and travel as per business needs).
Schedule is determined based on business needs which may include exceptionally weekends or holidays.

Key Position Summary:

• Work with the Field Testing Manager (FTM) and GLP Study Directors to ensure logstics and organizational support to different projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prepare all materials, equipment and instrumentation as per defined protocol to ensure requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with Principal Field Investigators (PFI) across Spain to provide support and understanding of protocols.
• Organize local products/standards order and delivery (if needed).
• Coordinate with third parties (field’s owner, public administration, couriers,…)
• Support local regulatory requirements (trial permit/declaration/crop destruction)
• Follow up and report to FTM about progress of allocated trials from start to completion

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Soft Skills requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Life Sciences
• Driver licence
• Pesticide handler card
• Minimum previous working experience in agricultural sciences with field R&D
• Customer oriented
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (internally/externally)
• Valuable knowledge of ARM software
• Fluent English and excellent PC skills
