What you’ll do
We are currently hiring a HR Administrator in our Global People Experience Delivery Team! This is a temporary position and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible until beginning of March 2025. We are a team of 30 professionals proving support in various functions like Recruitment, Learning and Development and People Data. Join us in Madrid (metro Cuzco), where we are currently build a state-of-the-art support function. We offer you a challenging opportunity in a truly global setting.
You will report to a Team Lead and support our recruitment function not only in our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden but also in the rest of the regions where we are currently expanding.
- Guide through the administrative processes to our managers in need of recruiting new employees/consultants
- Manage, solve and respond to Service Request in a proactive manner
- Analyse the current processes to make them more efficient
- First point of contact for our employees in all recruitment administrative tasks
- Administer and maintain our employee’s data / information in all systems (Success Factors, SAP…)
- Build an efficient network worldwide
- Coordinate with the wider HR community
- Communicate relevant information to partners departments
- Take part in ad-hoc activities
- Experience working in international environments
- You are very business and result driven
- You are service minded and passionate about making a difference
- You are able to prioritize among several tasks and are deadline driven
- You are able to follow the processes while you look for new efficiencies and improvements
- You are a real team player committed to work in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
- You have high integrity, strong cooperation and communication skills
- You have the capability to deliver upon expectations under pressure
- You are fluent in English (C1), verbally and written, other languages are a plus
