About The Job

We are currently looking for an HRIS & Data Analytics Advisor to join the HR team for 6 months (extendable up to 1 year), at Madrid Head Office. The successful candidate will join an international & dynamic environment to give support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey & Kazakhstan).
The HRIS & Data Analytics Advisor will be based in Mediterranean HQ in Madrid, and collaborate with the HR Compensation & Benefits team being a leader for the HRIS project for a Data tool provide to the 7 country retail network for the Mediterranean zone.

We are looking for someone wanting to develop their professional career into Human Resources, Administrative or Compensation & Benefits field in a retail luxury fast-pace environment and overseeing very diverse teams and countries.

Main Responsibilities:

Leadership for the creation, follow up & implementation of HRIS platform
Gathering data and transferring into templates to ensure the precise information collected
Contact & Report to Headquarter all the issues, incidences and solutions
Constant follow up with the Stores of the Region giving them the support needed
Data entry of personnel details into HR system, monitor and update movement of data
Assist the Compensation & benefits team with: migration of payroll system, e-leave, HR System
Assist in other administrative tasks assigned by HOD when necessary
Supporting to the C&B Specialist for the reporting and Data Analysis
Monthly reports to business of Head Counts and Staff Flexibility
Utilizing statistical techniques and analytics tools to analyze HR data trends, patterns, an
Assist HR transversal projects, ensuring the reliability of data in HR Systems.
Track, monitor, and report on HR program and project progress to ensure successful execution.

Profil

Expected Attitudes & Skills

At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in HR /Admin role preferably in a fast paced environment
Auditors or Finance Accountant are highly appreciated
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Agile, innovative and willing to learn in a fast changing pace within a lean team to support the retail team/business
Trustworthy, high sense of responsibilities
Very Organized and Proactive to share new ideas of improvements
Fluent in English & Spanish.
Strong interpersonal skills and facility to connect with different diverse teams of the 6 countries.
Graduated from University and holding a Bachelor’s/Msc degree
It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de practicas” based on Spanish labor law (not to be confused with "convenio universitario")
Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Availability: start mid-July/August - 6 months (renewable up to 1 year).
