Datawords is looking for a :
Junior French translator/proofreader

Reporting to the head of our French-speaking team, your main tasks will be :

Translating and coordinating translation projects from English into French in a wide variety of styles and terminologies;

Quality control of French-language projects;

Creating glossaries and updating translation memories;

Liaising with various internal teams as well as clients and service providers.

Profile required:
Training in translation/linguistics

Excellent adaptability: enjoy working in a young, multicultural environment

Taste for teamwork, availability

Working languages: native French and fluent English required, working with source files in Italian or German would be a plus

Excellent command of office automation tools (Office Suite) required

Knowledge of Trados or another CAT tool is essential.
