Purpose of the Role
The IT Lead & System Administrator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role involves managing the IT team, implementing technology solutions, and providing strategic guidance on IT matters to support the organization’s goals.

Purpose of the Role
The IT Lead & System Administrator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role involves managing the IT team, implementing technology solutions, and providing strategic guidance on IT matters to support the organization’s goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Be the go-to person for our IT crew, helping them do their best work.
- Manage Systems: Handle the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and software.
- IT Support: Solve hardware and software issues for everyone in the office.
- Run Projects: Plan and oversee IT projects, making sure they’re done on time and within budget.
- Work with Vendors: Handle buying and maintaining IT gear and services.
- Create Policies: Develop and enforce IT rules to keep us compliant.
- Monitor Systems: Keep an eye on our systems and suggest ways to improve.
- Disaster Recovery: Make sure we have plans to recover from IT issues quickly.

Requirements
Essential skills and experience
- Tech Skills: Know your stuff when it comes to networks, Windows, Linux, cloud, and system admin tools.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring an IT team.
- Problem-solving: Great at troubleshooting and fixing problems.
- Security Know-How: Solid understanding of cybersecurity.
- Communication: Good at explaining things to both techies and non-techies.
- Project Management: Able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Proficient level of English (C1/C2)
Nice to have
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or something similar.
- Experience: At least 5 years in IT management or system admin roles.
- Certifications: Comp TIA Network+, Comp TIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Admin, or Cisco CCNA.
- Project Experience: Experience handling big IT projects.
