IT Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

1.2 - First/Mid Level Officials and Managers (EEO-1 Job Categories-United States of America)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in IT project management, and proven working experience in project management (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred).
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (Saa S and Paa S).
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce would be ideal.
- Language Skills: Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, etc), methodologies, and best practices.
- Skills: Customer orientation, multitasking, attention to details, project management, organizational skills, problem solving, analysis, resourcefulness.
