Job description

We at PRONOVIAS GROUP , Global leader in the Bridal industry with HQ in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Junior Lawyer to join our Legal Team.

Our mission is bringing HAPPINESS into the world by dressing with style our customers’ dreams, being the best partner to our clients and building together an exciting place to work.

We are looking for a lawyer with approximately 1-2 years PQE.

Key tasks will be:
Management of the company's brand portfolio, including handling requests, renewals, oppositions, and other related activities.

Drafting and negotiating marketing contracts (celebrities, influencers, models, photoshoots, etc.) with a strong focus on image rights.

Review and preparation of all types of commercial agreements related with the business.

Support to the members of the Legal Department in any commercial, corporate law, real estate and litigation matters.

Knowledge of corporate Spanish law will be considered (drafting and preparation of corporate documents and coordination with Notaries and Commercial Registry).

Documentary and management of the files of the Legal Department.

Budget management of the Legal Department.

Requirements

A counsel qualified to practice in Spain with at least 1 year of PQE, preferably with a background in trademark and IP law.

Professional knowledge of Spanish and English, any additional European language will be considered.

A highly organised, meticulous, diligent person with attention to detail.

A team player able to work effectively and collaboratively with the whole team.
