Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a Lead Prospector who will be responsible for delivering high potential customers to our Sales Development Representative delivering high quality leads, researched from various digital sources.

Responsibilities
- Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal Sales Development Representative.
- Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
- Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
Requirements
- Spoken and written communication in English and Spanish
- Comfortable in goal driven environment and customer focus
- Previous sales experience
- Strong digital and sales skills
- Previous experience working with sales development tools like sales navigator, Linkedin…
- Listening and understanding capacity
- Empathy (Understanding others)

What we offer
- 38,5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, afternoon shift from 4pm to 12am
- Salary: 18.262€ gross per year
