We are looking for a Manager of Software Development (x|f|m) for our IT Software Development & Innovations department. Are you passionate about leading innovative software development projects and managing a dynamic team? In this role, you will take responsibility for various software development projects, lead a talented team and act as the main point of contact for all colleagues in our developer centre in Spain. Act as the main organizational point of contact for colleagues in our Developer Hub in Spain

You will lead and supervise a team of qualified professionals dedicated to the development of custom applications
-
Promote cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement within your team and act as a coach to each individual
-
You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the timely delivery and quality of multiple application development projects
-
You will actively contribute to the projects by working with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and help your team translate these into software architecture and designs
-
You contribute significantly to the growth and improvement of our developer centre in Spain
What will convince us

You have a degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable specialization
-
This is complemented by several years of proven experience in managing software development teams
-
We require solid expertise in software development and architecture, preferably from previous expert roles
-
You have experience with agile software development methodologies as well as traditional project setups, demonstrating versatility in managing different types of projects
-
You are characterized by your excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex content clearly and comprehensibly
-
Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to work in a team for effective leadership and collaboration are among your strengths
-
Fluency in English rounds off your profile, although knowledge of German is an advantage
