Medical Services Intern - Spain

- Provide support in the elaboration of scientific responses to Medical inquiries
- Support in the documentation of Medical inquiries
- Perform Literature research
- Prepare summaries of scientific articles
- Support in the review of promotional materials and medical content
- Special project: redesign the Medical Affairs local Share Point site
Qualification & Job Requirements
- Pharmacy degree or (preferably) or other relevant life sciences degree
- Master’s degree in Medical Affairs would be preferred but not required
- Ability to understand and analyze critically scientific journal articles
- General understanding of the Medical Affairs responsibilities and value in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in English.
- High level of scientific and ethical integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Project management skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to function within a team environment.
- Excellent management of technology systems and MS software and tools (MS Teams, Outlook, Office package)

- Be capable to perform quick and comprehensive literature research in different databases
- Learn how to manage different Veeva systems of record
- Learn how to respond to simple and complex Medical inquiries
- Gain knowledge on the local regulation and legislation applicable to Promotional materials
- Improve communication and teamwork skills
