About the Role
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Introduce manual PO’s and offers in SAP.
- Create shipments in SAP to prepare the expeditions by using a daily job in SAP.
- Validate and modify, if necessary, Web Tool orders and offers.
- Provide possible delivery time modifications to customers.
- Follow-up of orders from creation to expedition (payment in advance, CAD, BG, letter of credit, modification of shipping documents, shipping instructions, etc).
- Inform to Expedition about all the daily orders that should be sent (by excel).
- Claim of pending invoices to customers and agents.
- Daily SQDIP update to know the exact situation of all orders.
- Provide daily list to Accounting department to trace blocked customers.
- In case of customers without Web Tool and with technical questions, we inform them about OT instructions by email.
- Expedition’s back-up.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Vocational Training in Administration.
- Administrative in Exportation, Customer care and Logistic department experience.
- Fluent English and some knowledge of French.
- Excel (user level).
