About the location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.

Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion , and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service .

Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including, food processor, mixer, oven.

Maintain a clean and efficient station.

Manage and prioritize tasks by shift.

Assist the pastry cook, pastry sous chef and pastry chef in any task required .
Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in Spanish.
