About the role:
The aim of the role is to control and manage the subscription payments and services.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Operational:
- Timely processing payment request in ticketing system;
- Ensure that the payment process is in line with the internal policy;
- Proceed with all the payments on a regular basis;
- Maintain Subscriptions database up to date;
- Regular communication with subscriptions users including quarterly audit of subscriptions;
- Communication with all the CPs, make reconciliations when needed
- Timely collection of subscriptions receipts and invoices for bookkeeping purposes
- Making entries into the financial software
- Bank reconciliation in accounts linked to credit/debit cards
- Control over credit card, maintain the necessary balance on them, monitor and manage expiry dates
- Participation in quarterly subscription process retros, propose improvement ideas, raise current blockers and problems within the processes;
- Monthly analysis of actual costs together with the Procurement department.
Información adicional
- At least 1-1.5 years of experience in Treasury operations: Subscriptions specialist, Payables specialist or similar role
- Languages: fluency in English (oral and written); Russian would be an advantage
- Experience in working in Excel

Full work permit for 40h/ week is a must have.
