Payroll intern

The opportunity

Our team of Payroll specialists is focused on managing client portfolios, for whom we calculate all payroll (monthly, extra, arrears) and Social Security (RLT, RNT) payments, submit quarterly/annual forms to the AEAT, as well as provide labor advice if necessary.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsabilities:

• Collaborate in the preparation and processing of payroll
  

• Assist in managing movements such as hiring, termination, changes, etc. with the Social Security Administration
  

• Assist with labor advice (warning letters, severance agreements, dismissal letters, etc.)
  

Skills and attributes for success:

• Ability to work in a team environment
  

• Ability to adhere to previously set deadlines and report to multiple managers simultaneously
  

• Knowledge of A3 NOM/A3 EQUIPO, META4, SILTRA
  

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Active directory in the University
  

• Last year student of a Degree in Human Resources, Law or similar
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Good command of English.
  

• Experience in data management.
  

• Knowledge of presentation design applications, and proficiency in Excel and Word

We are looking for students in Law, Labor Relations and Human Resources or a related field, to provide support and learn within the Payroll department, and collaborate in managing the client portfolio and providing labor advice.
