Job description

PRONOVIAS GROUP , global leader in the bridal industry, is currently looking for a talented, passionate, motivated and creative PR & Press Assistant (internship) to join our Global Communication and Partnerships Team based in Barcelona.

From the headquarters the team works in the communication strategy with all KOL’s from all the key markets, to continue improving and growing the notoriety of all brands of the group and drive the company to the next level.

Public Relations:
Support the team to foster relationships with the main influencers, celebrities, wedding planners and stylists to achieve our results.

Track and maintain influencer/celebrities/wedding planners/stylist’s database to have updated.

Explore new PR opportunities and partnerships for the brands of the Pronovias Group portfolio.

Collaborate in the organization of different events and brand activations (fashion shows, collection launch events, meeting, etc.)

Contribute to the success of the communications team by monitoring, analysing and preparing presentations to communicate PR results on a regular basis, and optimize based on results.

Assist in the coordination of external PR agencies.

Press:
Support all the new collection launches preparing all the assets needed.

Prepare detailed media activity reports and Press review.

Assist with the copywriting and edit of press releases, communications copies and translations, press kit preparation and dispatch.

Track and maintain press database to ensure it is up to date and optimized.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries fromkey media contacts, providing clear, concise, and accurate information.

Showroom:
Showroom coordination with all the members of the team.

Manage sample requests, trafficking and send outs across all media shoots and influencer/celebrities/wedding planners/stylist loans.

Be proactive exploring different dressing opportunities.

Others:
Keep abreast of trends and key competitors in all markets to identify opportunities for improvement.

Draft internal and external presentations.

Support fittings and special projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing related fields.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, verbal and written. Other languages will be a plus (Italian, French, etc.).

A highly performance driven, meticulous, diligent person with attention to detail.

Experience in PR/PRESS departments or communications agencies, preferable in international environments, will be a plus.

Motivation to work with an international focus.
