Estamos actualmente seleccionando a un PROCUREMENT & STOCK CONTROL ENGINEER (H/M) para incorporar al equipo de Gestión de Materiales en la Fábrica de Madrid.
Como PROCUREMENT & STOCK CONTROL ENGINEER (H/M), tus funciones serán:
-
De acuerdo con los objetivos estratégicos definidos, liderar y gestionar operativamente aquellos proyectos o categorías de compra de los que sea responsable.

Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de aprovisionamiento y compra para diferentes proyectos o familias de producto asignadas.

Identificar y evaluar proveedores de acuerdo con las especificaciones del proyecto/producto.
-
Enviar y evaluar solicitudes de oferta.
-
Negociar contratos de suministro según las bases de la compañía.
-
Adjudicar suministros cumpliendo con los objetivos de calidad, precio y coste.
-
Realizar el seguimiento de la implantación en proveedores, identificando y gestionando riesgos y oportunidades.
-
Crear y liderar proyectos de ahorro de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad de la compañía.
-
Promover la innovación y la estandarización en los proyectos liderados.
-
Detectar y monitorizar riesgos en el suministro de los proyectos/productos bajo su ámbito de responsabilidad y desplegar las correspondientes medidas de mitigación.

Supervisar los indicadores claves de rendimiento (KPIs) para evaluar el rendimiento del área (OTD, Inventario, NITO) e implementar iniciativas de mejora continua.

Analizar el inventario y su rotación, realizando proyecciones de demanda para evaluar el correcto dimensionamiento de este.

Liderar proyectos de transformación en el área, definiendo el roadmap hacia la industria 4.0 y la automatización de los procesos.

Formación:
-
Formación Universitaria en Ingeniería (industrial, mecánica o similar).
-
Experiencia en Compras/Procurement/Logística entre 2 y 5 años.
-
Experiencia en Industria se valorará de forma positiva.
Idiomas:
-
Inglés C1.
-
Otro idioma será valorado de forma positiva; francés, alemán…
Competencias:
-
Dominio MS Office; nivel alto de MS Excel.
-
Dominio de PBI y Power Automate
-
Valorable experiencia en ERP de Compras.
-
Capacidad analítica y habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma .
-
Capacidad de adaptación para trabajar en nuevos proyectos y de interactuar con diferentes clientes internos y externos.
