Responsibilities

• Gather and assess product requirements by working directly with clients and internal teams.
• Create well written user stories, including defining acceptance criteria.
• Work with Account Managers and Tech teams to create comprehensive documentation for roadmap items.
• Prioritizing requests and ensure alignment with the Product Roadmaps.
• Identify and address possible constraints and dependencies between development teams.
• Communicate effectively with other Product Owners and team members across various business functions.
• Support requirements definition and planning sessions with both internal teams and clients.
• Leverage a variety of sources to help complete the requirement definition.
• Participate in and support demonstrations of new features to both clients and team members.
• Manage and lead unplanned work without impacting the delivery of high-priority commitments.
• Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in e-commerce . By working closely with internal teams and external customers, you will gather, assess, and prioritize product requirements, and effectively communicate them to the development teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in product delivery, with a minimum of 3+ years in a client-facing Product Owner role.
• Bachelor or master's degree or equivalent experience in a Computer Science, Engineering or Analytical field.
• Fluency in English
• An appreciation of how product design works with and integrates into software development.
• Experience or knowledge in e-commerce, order management, or logistics products is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and organisation skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven with a high level of initiative and desire to get things done.
• Passionate about product development and willing to introduce change and challenge existing processes and procedures.
