We are a dynamic Saa S company based Mallorca, Spain and Munich, Germany. We are building running the #1 Saa S Loyalty Platform in Europe, with focus on German speaking customers. Our platform is designed to enhance customer engagement and foster long-term loyalty for big retail customers with thousands of stores. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team of 15 professionals in Mallorca a combined role of Product Owner (PO) and UX Designer.

This position is ideal for a strong PO with a knack for UX design, offering the opportunity to lead our product development efforts while ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. Tasks

• Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities in close collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
• Keep an eye on competitors and stay ahead of our market
• Create user stories and business cases for new product features bringing customer loyalty to a next level
• Prioritize product backlog ensuring alignment with company goals
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design and iterate on product interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to improve user experience.
• Work closely with designers to ensure a seamless, visually appealing, and intuitive user experience.
• Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless implementation of new product features and improvements.
• Measure and report on the usability and effectiveness and business value of new features and make adjustments based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a Saa S environment, ideally within the retail or loyalty program space.
• Portfolio showcasing UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
