The Consulting and Technical Advisory division of OCA Global provides interdisciplinary technical advisory services aimed at supporting and assisting public administrations, banks and investment funds, project developers, industrial and service companies in their transition towards a better society and economy that are climate change resilient, sustainable, and decarbonized.
Do to our growth we are looking for a Project Document Controller. The candidate will report the Operations Manager of the Consulting and Engineering Division
of OCA Global and the main functions and responsibilities will be:
Functions and responsibilities:
The candidate will focus on all tasks related to the documentary control of engineering
projects, setting and manage of documentary workflows to meet the client's requirements in global projects. Projects will be mainly Power Plants (especially solar PV/CSP, wind, hydro, Pt X, Battery Storage (BESS) and other renewable technologies) and as part of the owners’ engineering and technical advisory services implemented by OCA Global in EMEA, Latam and Central Asia.

General functions:
- Documentary control of records and technical instructions, for each project file.
- Documentation coding by specialization and by project phase.
- Control of the writing/spelling of the technicians' notes in the documents.
- Management and organization of project documentation.
Work location
OCA Global offices in Spain, Madrid and in liaison with clients´ offices in EMEA, Latam and Central Asia.
Education requirements:
Professional Experience:
Languages:
- Studies in Biblioteconomía y Documentación will be a valuable factor.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions.
- Experience in EMEA and LATAM regions are a valuable factor.
Languages:
- English and Spanish: Native or full professional proficiency.
- French would be favourably considered.

We offer a permanent contract. - Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00, and Friday from 8:30 to 15:00. Intensive workday in August. Intensive workday on all days before public holidays. Possibility of working remotely.
