We are looking for

At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
Leadership Skills: capable of leading and motivating their team, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Organizational Skills: keep a project perfectly organized, ensuring structured, centralized, and up-to-date documentation at all times.
Excellent Communication Skills: communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the team, clients, and senior management.
Technical Knowledge: have solid technical knowledge in the relevant area to understand the project's needs and challenges.
Time Management: efficiently handle deadlines and available resources to meet project objectives.
Problem-Solving: face challenges and obstacles during the project development, so they need to make quick and effective decisions to resolve issues.
Results-Oriented.
Knowledge of retail banking, investment banking, and capital markets, as these will be the focus of the projects to be developed.
Digital Project Knowledge.

Your role in the team

Project Planning: responsible for developing a detailed project plan, defining the objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and necessary resources.
Preparation and leadership of documentation for the project kickoff, both internal and with the client. Leading the kickoff meeting together with the functional team.
Task Coordination and Assignment: assign appropriate tasks to team members, ensuring that everyone understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
Resource Management: managing the resources assigned to the project, including personnel, budget, and materials.
Internal Ceremonies: Leading various internal follow-up ceremonies with the team (dailies, weeklies, retrospectives).
Client Meetings: leading and documenting project follow-up meetings with the client.
Progress Monitoring: monitor the project's progress, identify potential deviations, and take corrective measures when necessary to keep the project on track.
Risk Management: Identifying and assessing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and establishing contingency plans in case problems arise.
Communication and Reporting: Keeping all stakeholders informed about the project’s progress through regular reports, meetings, and constant communication.
Project Closure: At the end of the project, the Project Manager must ensure that all deliverables are complete, evaluate the team's performance, and conduct a final project review.
Handover to Support: Ensuring a proper handover to the Support team by managing the documentation prepared by various departments.
