We are looking for


  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Leadership Skills: capable of leading and motivating their team, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
  • Organizational Skills: keep a project perfectly organized, ensuring structured, centralized, and up-to-date documentation at all times.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the team, clients, and senior management.
  • Technical Knowledge: have solid technical knowledge in the relevant area to understand the project's needs and challenges.
  • Time Management: efficiently handle deadlines and available resources to meet project objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: face challenges and obstacles during the project development, so they need to make quick and effective decisions to resolve issues.
  • Results-Oriented.
  • Knowledge of retail banking, investment banking, and capital markets, as these will be the focus of the projects to be developed.
  • Digital Project Knowledge.


Your role in the team


  • Project Planning: responsible for developing a detailed project plan, defining the objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and necessary resources.
  • Preparation and leadership of documentation for the project kickoff, both internal and with the client. Leading the kickoff meeting together with the functional team.
  • Task Coordination and Assignment: assign appropriate tasks to team members, ensuring that everyone understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Resource Management: managing the resources assigned to the project, including personnel, budget, and materials.
    Internal Ceremonies: Leading various internal follow-up ceremonies with the team (dailies, weeklies, retrospectives).
  • Client Meetings: leading and documenting project follow-up meetings with the client.
  • Progress Monitoring: monitor the project's progress, identify potential deviations, and take corrective measures when necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and assessing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and establishing contingency plans in case problems arise.
  • Communication and Reporting: Keeping all stakeholders informed about the project’s progress through regular reports, meetings, and constant communication.
  • Project Closure: At the end of the project, the Project Manager must ensure that all deliverables are complete, evaluate the team's performance, and conduct a final project review.
  • Handover to Support: Ensuring a proper handover to the Support team by managing the documentation prepared by various departments.
