Lead end-to-end project management for software development and Salesforce implementations projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for Salesforce and software development projects.
-
Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
-
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
-
Conduct regular project status reviews, prepare progress reports, and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
-
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
-
Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or Salesforce implementations projects.

Strong understanding of architecture, and related technologies.
-
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, Agile/Scrum, Agile/Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
-
Ability to analyze and translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.

Good level of English (B2-C1)
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant certifications.
-
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).

Experience with integration of Salesforce with other systems and vice versa.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
