Your Role:
- Discover Unique Properties: Leverage your expertise and network to uncover exceptional properties.
- Inspire Clients: Take clients on a journey through the properties you discover, sparking their dreams.
- Facilitate Investments: Assist clients in finding the right financing solutions to make their investments a reality.
- Manage Sales Process: Ensure seamless transactions from initial contact to signing, with personalised follow-up.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide top-tier customer service to both national and international buyers and sellers.
- You’re autonomous and people-oriented: We trust you to manage your own schedule and thrive in a role that requires significant independence.
- You excel in interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships: From prospecting to closing deals, your day-to-day involves connecting with clients, organising meetings, and negotiating with confidence.
- You’re fluent in Spanish or English to effectively serve our diverse clientele.
- You have a proven track record in sales and thrive in a team environment.
- You possess basic computer skills.
