The project!
As a Retail Operations Specialist you will be providing back office support for retail processes and support to stores during pre-season, in-season, and post-season activities. This ensures that our stores can effectively receive, process, sell, and transfer merchandise.

The project!
As a Retail Operations Specialist you will be providing back office support for retail processes and support to stores during pre-season, in-season, and post-season activities. This ensures that our stores can effectively receive, process, sell, and transfer merchandise.
What will the role entail?
- Control and reconcile the process of deliveries reception, returns to warehouse, stock transfers, stock takes, analysis of discrepancies, checking of sales and other retail operations tasks
- End of day till conciliation review, cash & credit card discrepancies, cash collection and bank deposits monitoring
- Training and back office support to stores
- Monitor discounts, markdowns, promotions and discounts procedures per Stores
- Weekly and Monthly operational KPIs for retail channel
- Preparation of Month End reporting for retail & finance departments

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in an operational area. Retail experience is highly valuable.
- Knowledge of operational systems and processes.
- Advanced level of English.
- Good level of Excel.
- Experience with SAP is highly valuable.
- Good Communication Skills and Analytical Mindset.
- Proactivity, Flexibility and Agility.
