We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will lead data-driven projects and support various departments in making strategic decisions by providing insightful analysis, automating reporting, and optimizing data systems. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational productivity through cross-departmental collaboration and advanced data operations.


Your Challenges:


Data Operations & Analysis :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated data workflows using Python, R, and Power Automate.
• Create advanced dashboards using Power BI and DAX to provide actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Manage and optimize the Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) system to enhance real-time tracking and decision-making across the European region.
• Conduct in-depth P&L and market analysis for various regions, providing data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance.

Data Integration & Automation :

• Develop and implement solutions to automate reporting processes, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.
• Use Python and R to automate web scraping and data collection from various European retailers and telecom operators, ensuring up-to-date market intelligence.
• Build and maintain databases for product specifications and pricing trends to support market analysis.

Forecasting & Strategic Insights :

• Develop and manage predictive models, improving forecasting accuracy and supporting business decisions across multiple markets in Europe.
• Provide weekly sell-out analysis and market reports, highlighting trends, brand performance, and pricing strategies to improve strategic planning.

Collaboration & Communication :

• Collaborate closely with retail, sales, and finance teams across Europe to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Communicate complex data insights and technical details to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Your Profile:


Industrial Background :

• Proven minimum of 5 years’ work experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Python, R, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI and DAX.
• Strong ability to automate data reporting and ETL processes with Excel Power Pivot and Cube Functions.
• Experience with web scraping, data integration, and workflow automation using R and Python.
• Familiarity with data systems optimization and real-time tracking frameworks.

Analytical & Problem-Solving :

• Demonstrated experience in building and managing econometric models and predictive analytics.
• Ability to develop market lifecycle models and provide strategic insights to improve business performance.

Communication & Collaboration :

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in retail operations and/or sales strategy, particularly within a multinational organization.
• Experience with large-scale European market analysis and strategy implementation.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (Business level) and working proficiency in Mandarin required.
