The project!
In this position you will be responsible for the overall stock control for the organisation including the development, performance and maintenance of stock control to produce efficient systems and delivery solutions, maximising performance and profitability against pre-agreed targets and control.

The project!
In this position you will be responsible for the overall stock control for the organisation including the development, performance and maintenance of stock control to produce efficient systems and delivery solutions, maximising performance and profitability against pre-agreed targets and control.
What will the role entail?

Build the replenishment sheet for all different fulfilment centres and liaise with the logistics counterparts to plan and organise an efficient and smooth initial and replenishment operation.

Own the on time stock inbound / reception health and align with the catalogue / shooting and trading teams.

Ensure the timely reception of stock looking at our promotional and actions calendar (newsletters, drops, social media posts, campaigns, promotions) and flag and suggest actions to overcome potential delays / stoppers to the relevant teams.

Monday “Sell through” update to share stock positions across warehouses by product group.

Review and monitor the health of our stock positions to contribute to reaching sales targets.

Work closely with the Zalando-ZEOS team in stock management efficiency projects.

Job competences:
- English C1
- Technical skills: MS Excel (proficiency level), SAP.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Precise, with eye for detail.
- Able to multi-task.
- Communication skills, persistence.
- Affinity with numbers and maths.
