As a Store Manager you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. What will the role entail...
- Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out
- Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor KPIs and teams performance by running reports and updating the District Manager on action plans
- Analyse commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPI’s
- Assist with team trainings and share product knowledge
- Recruit and induct high caliber team members who also have a passion for all things denim

- You have experience in a similar position, ideally in the fashion sector.
- We are looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture. Knowing how to anticipate, being reactive and being a force of proposal are key skills for this position.
- Your level of English or other languages as well as your experience will enable you to meet the expectations of our international clientele and to offer them a tailor-made service.
